If you are able to replace your own part but need it painted, purchase one of our pre-painted parts and it will be as easy as taking off your damaged part and replacing it with your brand new painted-to-match part. Paint Process
Our painting services are professionally completed at a state of the art professional painting facility using the latest mixing, spraying, and drying technologies.
- We use the latest computerized technology to mix our paints. Based on VIN#, we are able to not only accurately identify the paint color, but also estimate the amount of fading caused by sun damage over time. This ensures the paint match is as accurate as possible, avoiding any major contrast differences when installed.
- We prepare, seal, and prime our parts prior to painting. This ensures the paint bonds properly to the part preventing any type of flaking or chipping.
- Each part is painted with OEM paint and clear coated for a like new protection and shine.
- We use a 7x24 paint drying facility that heat dries our parts at the recommended temperatures. This creates a perfect environment that maximizes the paint's adhesiveness to the part. We are able to dry our parts within 24 hours verses 7-10 days using conventional air drying techniques.
